We have our Type 2 licence, allowing us to operate on journeys over 8hrs, We are also fully licensed to operate throughout Europe, from our North East base.

With more than 5 years of experience providing your beloved pets with safe door-to-door travel. We operate a small vehicle for individual pet transportation, cutting down on the stress of your pet.

We also have a slightly bigger vehicle which carries a maximum of four pets, this helps bring the cost down of travel down when in Europe.

How Our Service Works

Simple, safe, and caring pet transport — we handle paperwork, routes, and welfare so you don't have to.

    Request a quote

    Tell us your pick-up and drop-off locations, target date, and your pet’s details on our enquiry page. We aim to respond with a clear, no-obligation quote the same day.

  • 2.

    We plan the journey

    Once you accept the quote we:

    • Confirm the route and timing to minimise travel stress.
    • Prepare welfare plans (rest stops, feeding, medication) specific to each animal.
    • Prepare all compliance paperwork for your route.
  • 3.

    Collection & travel

    On the day of travel we collect your pet from the agreed address. Our vehicles are set up for comfort and safety and our drivers provide regular updates during the journey.

    Drop-off & follow-up

    We deliver your pet to the destination, help ensure a smooth handover, and follow up to confirm your pet arrived well.

Safety, licences & insurance

We are DEFRA Type 2 approved for longer journeys and our drivers are trained in animal welfare. Vehicles are insured and equipped for safe, comfortable travel. If you need the paperwork we can provide copies on request.

What you need to prepare
  • Valid vaccination records and pet passport or export paperwork (depending on route).
  • Comfortable, correctly sized crate or carrier (we can advise sizes).
  • Any medication, labelled and with instructions.
  • Contact details and a local contact at destination if available.
Pricing & payment

Quotes are based on distance, number and type of pets, and any special handling required. We accept card and bank transfer; payment terms provided with your quote.
